About the Business
Craig has been a fitness trainer and sports massage therapist since 2007, from a rugby background he has a real interest in the physical and mental benefits from regular exercise and massage. Craig tailors his approach to suit each person. Offering the right level of encouragement, he will help you understand your own body and push your body to new limits. Craig encourages health but no Fads or Obsessive restriction. Yes you should regularly eat, real organic and nutrient rich foods but you should also enjoy going out for meals every so often.
I am currently studying with Charles Poliquin Education. Charles Poliquin is one of the most accomplished strength coaches in the world. He has designed workouts for Olympic medallists in 17 different sports and world record holders in ten different sports. Such courses enable me to provide up-to-date, scientifically proven methods to maximise my clients' potential.
